We are honoured to have the HR personnels from Disney Cruise Line to be here at Edufly conducting their FIRST ever Recruitment Interview in Malaysia!!

According to one of the HR personnel - Ms Delinda Kalic from DCL Australia, Disney Cruise Line is filled with job opportunities, with the huge amount of manpower from Phillipines and India, they are hoping for a balance of the manpower by recruiting from different countries and Malaysia is one of their top list for manpower recruitment.
Malaysians stand a higher chance of recruitment opportunity as our multi-lingual language advantage. As China market is booming, ther ratio for China customers to board cruise ships had increased rapidly. Therefore, the requirement for English and Mandarine comprehension and communication skill increases rapidly as well.
